FIVDB has three Training campuses: the Central Training Centre (CTC) in Doloipara, Khadimnagar, Sylhet; Charima in Kollogram, Sylhet; and the Sunamganj Training Centre (STC) Shantiganj, Sunamganj.
FIVDB is a national NGO established in 1980. Its mission is to facilitate educational and socio-economic empowerment of disadvantaged communities with comprehensive approach to poverty reduction in both rural and urban environments.Notable guests at our campuses include United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), BRAC, Care Bangladesh, Concern, Independent University of Bangladesh (IUB), East West University and Chittagong Independent University among many others.

CTC, Khadimnagar, Sylhet
FIVDB’s Central Training Centre, Sylhet wing is located just 10 kilometers outside from Sylhet town, in a serene setting with rural surroundings. The centre has four training and conference venues, a large dining hall with full catering facilities, a support office with experienced staff and on-campus accommodation facilities.
Charima, Kollogram, Sylhet
Set in the scenic, rural area of Kollogram, Khadimnagar, Sylhet, FIVDB's Charima Training Center has a homely vibe that enables guests from all walks of life to relax and enjoy its simple, peaceful environment. It is the perfect venue for smaller training groups.
STC, Shantiganj, Sunamganj
FIVDB's Sunamganj Training Center is located along the Sylhet-Sunamganj highway. The venue is an architectural marvel, infusing rustic and modernist elements to create an open spaced edifice, allowing guests to become one with nature.
Training Center Facilities
Auditorium
FIVDB has auditorium facilities in its Central Training Center in Sylhet and Training Center in Sunamganj. With the capacity to host over a hundred people, the auditoriums in FIVDB's Sylhet and Sunamganj Campus have attractive interiors showcasing a fusion of rustic and modernist elements. Both halls are fully air-conditioned and are equipped with comfortable seating for audience members facing an elevated stage.The large rectangular Auditorium in Sylhet is equipped with a portable sound system and special sliding partitions that can eliminate all outdoor sound and light to create an ideal program experience. The relatively new wider hall in Sunamganj is furnished with State of The Art Bose sound system for superior audio presentation. Both training centers have back up power in case of electricity cut outs
Dining
All three training centers have large dining spaces with an around the clock chef on duty. The training centers have a commitment to serve food of superior quality in utmost hygienic conditions. Food can be served via table service or buffet arrangement. In addition to this, the centers also offer barbeques on request.
Accomodation
Our training centers have a sufficient number of well decorated comfortable rooms to accommodate guests or trainees who may have various preferences. The AC rooms available at the centers are equipped with a queen size bed, LED television, attached bath rooms with geysers and Wi-Fi services.
There are spacious non-AC dormitory rooms in the campuses as well to accommodate larger groups or guests that would prefer a cheaper alternative. Each dormitory room contain 4 single beds with a shared attached bathroom and free Wi-fi services.
Recreation field
Training sessions can become cumbersome over the course of the day. For such instances our training centers have open spaces and fields where trainees can engage in recreational activities to unwind.
Class room
FIVDBs training centers have adequate classrooms with ample space for workshops and trainings with amenities such as white boards, laptops, projectors, stationeries, photocopy support etc. available on request.
Conference Room
The training centers have conference rooms for large meetings. Additional services such as white boards, laptops, projectors, stationeries, photocopy support etc. can be provided on request.
